Our Journey

InstantReplay began during Grace Anne’s senior year of high school, when she noticed a disconnect in the fashion industry: brands were sitting on large amounts of unsold inventory, while students wanted access to quality clothing at prices that made sense.

What started with a small step working directly with brands to sell unsold clothing at boarding schools quickly gained traction. When Grace Anne arrived at Princeton University, she expanded the concept to college campuses, hosting pop-ups that brought premium, excess inventory directly to students in a way that felt curated, social, and accessible.

Then Hope joined the team and helped IR grow! InstantReplay has grown into a student-led team that has hosted pop-ups at over 50 colleges nationwide and partnered with leading fashion and lifestyle brands. Today, InstantReplay connects brands and students not only through in-person events, but also through a swipe-based shopping app and brand new website designed specifically for how college students discover and shop for clothing.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help change the fashion industry by making it more sustainable, efficient, and aligned with how the next generation shops.

We work to reduce waste by giving unsold inventory a second life, while helping brands reach college students in an authentic, data-driven way. At the same time, we aim to reshape how students shop making quality clothing more accessible, intentional, and reflective of real value.

InstantReplay sits at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and culture, rethinking the journey of clothing from overproduction to meaningful use.
